Strategy
Edit
Play as with any normal mutation deck, firstly get fodder. This is done by using Deja Vu and using it's skill. If you have a Mitosis, use it on the Deja Vu to create EVEN MORE mutation fodders. Secondly, stall. Play your Emphatic Bonds as many as you can because you are going to need more than a few turns to completely finish the setup. Thirdly, control. Use Butterfly Effect on a Deja Vu to enable it to destroy annoying permanents. Fourthly, draw more cards. Use Hourglasses for that. Lastly, Fallen Elves to mutate all of your Deja Vus and Novas to fuel your mutants skills.
It is possible to play Fallen Elves first if you get them early but they will be vulnerable to creature control. Early Fallen Elves can be used to mutate opposing enemy creatures such as Firefly Queen and Otyughs BEFORE they use their abilities. That being said, Otyughs and other creature control cards can really ruin your game if they are not removed early.
