After using this deck to its fullest potential in PvP Basic, I started to see people copying me. When this happened, I figured that I must have been doing something right. To save people the trouble of actually battling me, I decided to post the deck here.
This is my Ghost of the Past/Nightmare Deck. It is an extremely effective deck against any opposing decks that do not use Time.
This is the deck:

The cards are as follows:
- Mark of Darkness
- Time Factory x 12
- Procrastination x 2
- Eternity x 2
- Ghost of the past x 6
- Obsidian Pillar x 2
- Steal x 2
- Nightmare x 6
The basic strategy is as follows:
Play the pillars; get Ghosts of the Past in play as soon as possible. When there are few cards in the opponent's hand, play Nightmare and target a Ghost of the Past. This will fill your opponent's hand with copies of Ghost of the Past, as well as draining 2 HP for each card added to your opponent's hand. Your opponent will be unable to draw during their next turn, and will often be forced to discard a Ghost of the Past, dealing them 10 Damage.
Another advantage is that the 7/4 Ghosts will eat your opponent's health very quickly, even without Nightmare activated.
Use Eternity's Reverse Time ability on problematic creatures in conjunction with Nightmare: if done properly, the problem creature will not be able to be played during the next turn.
Procrastination and Steal are there for other situations.

Other Time Decks:
If the opponent uses a significant amount of Time quanta, the effectiveness of the deck will be severely reduced. However, if they have fewer than 6 Time quanta (the amount required to summon a Ghost from the Past), you can simply use Eternity's Reverse Time ability on the Ghosts as they come out and lock down your opponent that way.
