MARK OF LIFE
7 x Bone Pillar / Tower
7 x Water Tower
3 x Adrenaline
2 x Empathic bond
6 x Chrysaora (unupgraded this is cheaper and therefore faster)
4 x Puffer Fish (MUST be upgraded)
1 x Arsenic (2 would be ok)
2 x Deadly Poison
2 x Bone/Graveyard
2 x Bone Wall (Upgraded is nice)
The Strategy:
Edit
This is a twist on basic poison decks:
1) Drop the Chrysaora, Deadly poisons, Arsenic, etc.
2) Put up graveyard and bonewall for defense and more dudes.
3) The Twist:
This deck takes advantage of adrenaline giving the puffer fish (Which inflict 1 poison every attack) 4 swings per turn. Even though it has been clarified that they do not stack 4 poison per round, the attack bonuses are still scary to an opponent.
The Mark of life will give you enough quanta to cast adrenaline on the puffers when they hit the table, and if you have a poor draw, they can be used to drop the empathic shields, which will be fed by your creatures and any skeletons, giving this deck a little more longevity vs. an opponent.
Comments
Edit
I rather like this deck, it's very good for a poison deck. Just thought I'd add in another benefit of using Chrysaora's unupgraded. No attack, so immune to most shield effects, and also, unlikely the AI will target them. I also chucked in a Plague, and a couple of Retroviruses, for the odd bit of creature control in case of oty's or other Creature based Creature control.
Deck on.
